The cluster management operates across a three tier Structure:

  1. The Principal Management Team consists of the Principals from the six cluster schools and the cluster co-ordinator.
  2. The Cluster Implementation Team consists of teachers responsible for the Imyms and / or Myprad initiatives in each cluster school.
  3. School / Cluster based Professional Action Learning Teams (PALT's) responsible for developing and implementing the action research in each of the key focus areas. The size and composition of these teams will vary according to the number of schools involved in the action area, and the numbers of staff representing each school.

Cluster Co-ordination

The management of the cluster is supported by the employment of a cluster co-ordinator. During 2005 this position is staffed at a 0.8 EFT allocation.
